The Statistical Analysis of Constitutional Preamble

Abstract
It is of much importance to analyze the form and content of the constitutional preamble statistically.This analysis indicates that it is common to prescrible the constitution preamble and most constitutional preambles are related to constitution itself.Although the form and content of constitutional preamble of different continents,civilizations,family of laws,developing and non-developing countries are similar,there are many differences between the capitalist and socialist countries in preamble content and word number.
