Abstract

Objective The low dose of spiral CT scan in the lungs in the analysis of the radiation dose,to reflect low doses spiral CT in lung cancer early census of the value. Methods 30 patients for all kinds of lung cancer has been diagnosed patients in multislice CT scan, with low dose respectively(30 mAs) regular doses(195 mAs) to the 30 patients scanned, and compared the results to scan.Is the content of the lungs small metastases, image scanning quality and mediastinum within the small lymph node detection rate. Results after a low dose and regular doses of scanning contrast, scan in the noise there are differences(the chi-square =28.69,P 0.05),in the spatial resolution no difference(the chisquare = 0,P 0.05).And in the lungs, small lesions and a scan of the number of the nodes, size, and parts of the distribution are the same. Conclusion low-dose spiral CT scan in the lung and regular doses scan results almost unanimously, ensure scanning the quality at the same time, reduce the patient of radiation,it is worth of application and promotion.
