On Assessment and its Criteria

Current study on assessment is restricted to the special domain of value assessment. In fact, assessment includes not only value assessment but also other types such as perception assessment and scientific assessment. Research on assessment should move from specific to generalization and should establish standard assessment criteria. Based on current studies, this paper comes up with Judgment Assessment Theory, which is defined as goal-oriented assessment through using special criteria to evaluate objects being identified.
