Abstract

In this paper, the interaction between tunnel surrounding rock and early support is studied, stress and displacement in tunnel surrounding rock and early support before second lining are made, and their release are calculated.Firstly, the stress and displacement in tunnel surrounding rock and early support are derived by using linear viscoelastic theory. Then, the interaction between tunnel surrounding rock and early support is studied by surrounding rock to be simulated with Maxwell and Poyting-Thomson three-parameter solid rheological model. Finally, combined with the construction of a tunnel, the stress and displacement in tunnel surrounding rock and early support before second lining are made, and their release, the interaction and the load distribution ratio between tunnel surrounding rock and early support are calculated, and so the relationship between the minimum thickness of concrete lining and the load distribution ratio is discussed. The results show that the tensile stress occurs in concrete lining if the thickness of concrete lining is less than the minimum thickness, and it is not conducive to the release of the load and deformation of surrounding rock if the thickness is greater than allowed.
