Abstract
The cultivation of juvenile tennis players is the basis of the tennis development of the country as a whole.Currently,models of sports training teams,tennis schools and clubs and family training are the main cultivation ways of Chinese juvenile tennis players.The preliminary phase of player selection is the body shape and physique.The middle phase focuses on skill level and learning ability of skills and tactics whereas the advanced phase emphasizes on players' tactics consciousness and psychological quality.It is of great significance for the players' development to arrange training according to their physical and psychological characteristics.More participation into matches and application of what they have learned in the actual games are the keys of their sport level improvement.
