Abstract
In the sulphar intermediary, oxalic acid could catalyze potassinm dichromate oxygenate rhodamine B colour and perish the fluorescent system suddenly.Accordingly, catalyzing fluorescence method was set up to measure oxalic acid content in beer and the technical paramters were as follows: 10 min catalytic reaction under 50 ℃ water bathing, the linear range of oxalic acid was 0.4~12.0 mg/L,and the regression equation as △F=17.423c(mg/L)+110.47,r=0.9994.This method could achieve satisfactory measurement effects.
