Abstract
pH-zone-refining Countercurrent Chromatography is a new preparative isolation technology based on high-speed Countercurrent Chromatography. It has the advantages of large handling capacity and good separative effect, and can be widely used in many fields, particularly in the separation and purification of available compositions of natural products such as Chinese medicinal herbs. The main factors for the separative effect of pH-zone-refining Countercurrent Chromatography are discussed in this paper.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
