Abstract
A efficient and modified tert-butyl phenolic resin polyether demulsifier was developed for the flooding crude oil with polymer in Bohai JZ9-3oil field.The demulsifier was cross-linked reacted together from branched polyether BEC-156 and tert-butyl phenolic resin polyether with aromatic nucleus by toluene diisocyanate.The results showed that,for crude oil emulsion containing polymer,the modified tert-butyl phenolic resin polyether after optimization had obvious dehydration advantage compared to the scene demulsifier in JZ9-3 oil field.The dehydration rate would reach 95.4% at the case of temperature of 60℃,amount of 200mg/L,and holding time of 60 min.
