Abstract

Polycystic ovary syndrome is characterized by hyperandrogenism,anovulation,and polycystic ovaries.It's one of the main reasons for women's anovulation infertility of reproductive age,in which obesity accounts for about 50%.And it causes menstrual disorders,infertility and other problems and a variety of long-term complications.Treatment is relatively difficult,with the increasing number of patients.This is an overview of the treatment of obese PCOS based on lifestyle adjustment,traditional Chinese medicine,Western medicine,surgery and combined therapy.
