Abstract
【Objective】 To evaluate the technique and clinical effects of adult patients with bladder stones treated with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy via nephroscope.【Methods】 54 adult patients with bladder stones were undergone pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy via nephroscope.【Results】 All stones were fragmented and removed successfully. The mean operating time was 53.6 min.Hematuria were occurred in 19 patients and fever were occurred in 8 patients after the operation. No perforation of the bladder occurred.【Conclusions】 It is a good choice in the treatment of bladder stones with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy via nephroscope, especially in the treatment of large stones.
