Abstract

Objective To explore color Doppler sonography on predicting liver cirrhosis portal hypertension in patients with esophageal varices rupture hemorrhage. Methods Eighty-one liver cirrhosis complicated portal hypertension patients who accepted examinations including colored Doppler, endoscope were divided into hemorrhage group(36cases)and non-hemorrhage group(45cases),their inner diameter of portal vein and splenic vein were detected, hemodynamic characteristics were comparatively analyzed. Results The inner diameter of the portal vein and splenic vein, blood flow velocity and splenic venous blood flow between the two groups had significant differences(P 0.05),but the blood flow of the portal vein had no obvious difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler sonography on detecting patients with liver cirrhosis portal hypertension provides the diameter of portal vein and splenic vein and blood flow dynamic parameters, which are valuable in predicting liver cirrhosis portal hypertension with esophageal varices rupture bleeding.
