The Governance of Our State-owned Enterprise in the Aspect of Capital Structure

Abstract

The paper discusses about the relationship of corporate governance and capital structure,analyzes the effect on the corporate governance of state-owned enterprise from its capital structure.At last,the paper puts forward some solutions to improve the current situation: dispeling high proportion of state-owned stock,optimizing the capital market,advancing the stock right pluralism and etc.
