Abstract
SOD isoenzymes and SOD, POD activities in roots, stems and leaves of hybrid rice Jinyou63 seedlings were studied. The results showed that there were organ specificity of SOD activities among roots, stems and leaves in Jinyou 63 from the 7th day to the 13th day after seeds sowing and the sequence of SOD activities of organs was leave stem root; the SOD isoenzyme bands and activities of the same organs varied at different stages, and the SOD activities were related to Mn-SOD to an extent; there were also organ specificity of POD activities among roots, stems and leaves, and POD activities of stems were significantly higher than those of roots and leaves, and the trend of POD activities had relations with those of SOD.
