Effects of the Reform in the Construction of Public Facilities in Rural Areas——From Comparative View of “Farmers' Double Return” in Anhui Province

Five years ago,Anhui reservoir immigrants' areas creatively practiced another public facilities construction system named villagers self-build system. Through collection and analysis of the data in Anhui,the study found that the fundamental factor affecting different types of village is the structural mechanism of rural public infrastructure construction.Compared with the self-built system of immigrant village and the agent construction system of non-immigrant village,the former has more potential,with its system advantage in the process of long term contest.
