Authentic Leadership:The Theory and Enlightenment

Abstract

Authentic leadership is defined as a process that draws from both positive psychological capacities and a highly developed organizational context.In the paper,the concept and characteristics of authenticity,authentic leader as well as authentic leadership were intro- duced.The process of authentic leadership development and its impact was analyzed.It concluded with discussion of the enlightenment and future research trends of this theory.
