Palace Style Poetry: Its Influence On the Poetry Writing of Following Dynasty

Palace Style Poetry was the poem that mainly described the life of royal court. Xiao Gang , as the Crown Prince and then the Emperor, usually wrote Palace Style Poetry and made great influence on the poetry of Liang Dynasty. Later, because of the advocation of Emperors themselves and the responding of the court poets, Palace Style poetry became popular in the Chen Dynasty and the Sui Dynasty. This situation continued to the Early Tang Dynasty. So, Palace Style Poetry lasted over one hundred years and was the main trend of this period.
