The Clinical Application of Metoprolol and Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Heart Failure

Objective To analyse the effect of metoprolol and trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods 142 cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure were selected and divided into two groups,the patients of the control group were cured by foundation treatment,and the treatment group were cured by metoprolol and trimetazidine meanwhile;then compared the serum and cardiac function index of the two groups after treatment.Results The serum TNF alpha and CRP levels of the treatment group were all significantly lower after treatment,and the cardiac function indexes improved more obviously;the overall effcetive rate of the treatment group was 91.3%,and the overall effcetive rate of the control group was 74.2%;the overall effect of the treatment group was more significant(P0.05).Conclusion The metoprolol and trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure can ensure the significant clinical effect,the clinical could apply widely.
