Abstract
In this paper,383 employees in the construction enterprises are adopted as the trail samples.It analyzes all elements of job satisfaction using the method of Stepwise Regression Analysis.The organizational identification,which explains the question of the turnover intention of employees,proves the moderating effects of the organizational identification in the course of decision of the turnover intention.Researching this question will be good to help dealing with effectively the problem of employee turnover intention,and it is also good to clarify the principle of turnover intention in theory,which will offer the proof for supporting the doctrine of flexibility of turnover intention of employees.
