Abstract

Knowledge management is a kind of important management model of modern enterprises in the 21st century,and its rise in our country is a kind of inevitable trend.Knowledge management is the core content of knowledge theory,and is the effective means to realize the capital function of knowledge.It may reveal profoundly the essence features of knowledge management to review the background,content,stage,mode,objects and functions of knowledge management,which may provide realistic theoretical reference for our enterprise to implement knowledge management effectively.
