Recognizing Circular Economy from the Point of System Science

Development of circular economy is the inherent requirement of scientific development concept.It can achieve all-around,coordinated and sustainable development of economy,society and environment by the smallest costs of resources environmental.The paper analyzes integrity,elements,structure,function of circular economy system and the interrelationship of system and environment on the basis of system science.Development of circular economy should from the system perspective,focus on the integrity,factors shaping,environmental construction and level requirements of circular economy development.
