New Research Angle on China-ASEAN Free Trade Area—Paradigm Analysis on Political Economics Based on Trade

With the countersigning of cooperation framework agreement of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area(CAFTA),China and the ASEAN countries are making efforts to push the development of CAFTA.CAFTA has the characteristics of weak economic foundation,non-economic factor Sensitive,and the desire of cooperative game.Therefore,in order to promote the construction of CAFTA,government decisions should consider economic,political and the strategic goal of countries comprehensively,surpass the requirements of interest groups;it is imperative to give full play to the positive role of the government-oriented system,and develop intra-industry trade.At the same time,the development of CAFTA should be divided into several stages and levels,and we should try to enlarge the scale of economic and trade cooperation.
