Abstract
The basic endowment security system is the core of the social guarantee system.There are many problems in our current basic endowment security system.Our country should establish a system that old-age pension in town pays from the central public finance,and the basic endowment security system in village should be based on the farmland.In the meantime,we should contact the basic endowment security system in town with that in village.
