On the Implementation of the Idea of "Health first" in Higher School Physical Education

Through the description of and the thought of health first, this article discusses the present situation of higher school physical education and education in our country, and puts forward the idea of how to implement the guiding thought of health first in higher school physical education. On the basis of that, it mainly focuses on the analysis of how to adopt new thoughts and ideas, enhance the general quality of teaching facalty, reform teaching material system, closely combine physical education and education, and reform the evaluation and test system, etc.
