Abstract
Based on the challenge of ASON network management system,in this paper we propose the design criteria of an ASON network management system,and layed-based network management design scheme,detailedly analyse the functions of each layer of network management system and the interfaces design between layers.We focus on description of the analysis and design of routing module in the control plane.
