Starting from the essence of library's humanistic spirit,through the positioning the relation between the humanistic spirit and the scientific spirit,probes into the mutual relationship of the two humanistic main bodies(the librarians and the readers),and discusses on the profound influence of developing library's humanistic spirit on the future development of the library.
