Through the kinematics analysis of take-off skills on famous male long-jump athletes at home and abroad, the conclusion is drawn that it is not only a predominant feature of take-off skill but an important kinematics norm influencing long-jump result to speed up short-distance race, take-off horizontal velocity, vertical velocity and jumping angle. Combination and matching of various skills will lead to success.
