Effect of Protein Extract of Deer Antler and Deer Antler Base on Relative Index of Mouse

[Objective]The effect of protein extract of deer antler and deer antler base on mouse's index was studied,in order to offer scientific evidence for the research of deer protein potency.[Method] The protein of deer antler and deer antler base was extracted,and poured into mouse's stomach.Effects on body weight,kidney and pancreas coefficient of the mouse caused by the protein extract were studied.[Result]The protein extract of kangifertarandus had effect on mouse's weight-gaining;while the protein extract of cervus unicolor antler and sika deer antler inhibited weight of mouse.Three protein extract from deer affectd kidney and pancreas coefficient weakly.[Conclusion]Three protein extract from deer had effect on weight of mouse,but don't had obvious toxicity on mouse.
