Abstract

Using SWOT analysis of the creative talents of Heilongjiang province to build enterprise support system,through the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of analysis resulted in Heilongjiang talent innovation system to build strengths than weaknesses,opportunities outweigh the challenges.Should take full advantage of this favorable opportunity,corresponding to an enhanced strategy for innovation and entrepreneurial talents and enterprises in Heilongjiang province,to build support systems to create a good environment for business innovation in Heilongjiang Province to provide a good platform.
