Abstract
Nowadays, the environmental tort get more and more attention by society, the specific of environmental tort makes the traditional tort theory at a loss what to do. This article discusses some theoretic issues of the evolutions,confirmation and application of liability principle of environmental tort,in order to protect people's environmental right.
