The Integration of Urban and Rural Social Endowment Insurance: Practice and Ideas

Through the investigation of the different development courses of urban and rural endowment insurance system,we found that the two sets of development system have the characteristic of convergence.With the support of finance,the rural endowment insurance is gradually linked with the company workers' basic endowment insurance.The rural and urban integration in endowment insurance shows concepts like equality between rural and urban citizens,balanced development of urban and rural areas,etc.With the development of economy and society,these two systems may be formed into one,being the unified urban and rural social endowment insurance system.
