Abstract
Cu(Ⅰ,Ⅱ) chloride can effectively catalyze liquid-phase co-oxidation of o-xylene and cyclohexanone with molecular oxygen at atmospherepressure. The conversion of cyclohexanone 96.8 %ando-xylene 74.2 %,the yields of adipic acid 93.3 % and o-toluic acid 42.0 % and o-toluic aldehyde 31.7 % were obtained with CuCl_(2)·2H_(2)O as catalyst,n-butyl acetate as solvent at 90 ℃for 10 h.The influence of catalysts, solvents, reaction temperature, dosage of the reactants on the co-oxidation were discussed.
