Abstract
In order to compare the effect of different hatching methods on loach hatching, the experiment adopted 4 MG DOM+3 μg LHRH-A2 to hasten partrition of loach. After artificial fertilization to the eggs, the methods of hatching in flow water without nest hatching in egg collecter were used to hatch the eggs. With the conditions of pH 7.0~7.5 and water temperature of 24~26℃,the effect of loach hatching were discussed from the aspects of hatching time and hatching rate. The results showed that the hatching time and hatching rate for the methed of hatching in flow water without nest were(30.52±0.89) h and(92.25±0.84)%;and that of the method of hatching in ege collector were(38.56±1.04)h,and(88.97±0.78)%.The results revealed that the methed of hatching in flow water without nest is suprior to the method of hatching in egg collector.
