Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effects of the complex therapy in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and to investigate the effective methods. Methods A total of 240 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups (n=120 in each group). The patients in complex therapy group were treated with complex therapy including minimally invasive debridement of intracranial hematoma, rehabilitation training, western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (Sanqi powder). Those patients in western medicine treatment group were treated with minimally invasive surgery and western medicine. The time for treatment in both groups was 28 d. The curative effects in the two groups were compared. Results The absorption rate, the clinical healing rate, and total effective rate in the treatment group were (98.17±6.32)%, 43.33%, and 96.67%, respectively, but those in the control group were (87.60±5.84)%, 30.00%, and 88.33%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion Complex therapy could increase the survival rate, improve the quality of life, and shorten the disease course and disability incidence of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
