Abstract
Based on the comparison between the metabolic flux distribution of the optimal pathways determined by pathway analysis with that calculated by metabolic flux analysis during the middle and late period of L-tryptophan fermentation, the strategies of interaction with NH4+ and PO43- and improving DO were indicated. The metabolic flux of L-tryptophan was increased from 6 to 8.8.
