Abstract

A speech system platform is developed by using MS Speech SDK, and realizedthe output and control of from-text-to-speech method, which applies the according API function of Chinese Speech-Switch (SS) in Speech API advanced interface and the speech library provided by Speech SDK. The function of the software include snatching the input of system keyboard, speech output, discrimination of the focus window and speech prompt. As to file reading, it is output method can be text form or web page form. The software realizes the design object of speech system operation platform on the whole.
