Abstract
The public bidding system is a major change in the way of operation and management in construction industry.It has been proved that the bidding system is not only a mature and scientific project contract mode,but also the best way to ensure the construction engineering standards,to speed up the construction progress and to obtain good economic benefits.But the unfair competition behavior is occasionally apparent such as collusion which causes corruption.Some suggestions are proposed to improve the bidding system
