Discussion on the effect of agricultural land re-arrangement on agricultural land transformation

s: As the inevitable result of the development of rural economics in China, Agricultural land transformation has been the direction of the reforms in rural land policy; Agricultural land re-arrangement, as a means to increase cultivated land and improve land quality, has been an important content in land administration. This article has analyzed them respectively, and discussed the influence which the latter has on the former, from land consolidation, benefits in land usage, investment in land usage and the scale of agricultural land transformation, etc.
