Abstract

Three high oil content soybean varieties were used to study the change of protein and fatty accumulation in high oil content soybean variety in 2003—2004.The results indicated the relative order of fatty content of the varieties kept unchanged in different year.Protein accumulation showed a tendency of high-low-high as the seeds develop towards maturity, and the protein content was lower maturity than that at earlier stage. On the other hand, the fatty accumulation presented low-high-low tendency and the fatty content was higher after maturity than that at earlier stage.
