Abstract

Through questionnaires and experiment, the author investigated and analyzed the run-up pedal accuracy of long jumpers and the main factors which impacted on long jumpers run-up speed sensing capability. In accordance with the special characteristics of long jump, the autor optimized nine kinds of training methods, the experimental group used optimization training methods, and control group by common ordinary means. With strict control of the training process and training conditions, the author conducted a 16-week speed sensing capability training to ensure that the two groups maintain consistency except the training content. After experiment the pedal accuracy and the long jump performance were measureed again. The result shows that the experimental group and control group has obvious difference between the long jump performance and accuracy of pedal.
