Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer in elderly. Methods 60 cases of patients with lung cancer who were admitted from April 2010 to December 2012 were divided into experiment goup and control group randomly, each group had 30 cases.Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy was given to the experiment group, and chemotherapy was given to the control group, the course of treatment was one month and three courses were made. The clinical effect, life quality and adverse reaction was compared between the two groups. Results The disease control rate in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05),but the objective remission rate had no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The total stable rate in the experiment group and control group was 86.7% and 56.7% respectively. The rate of adverse reaction(the decrease of white blood cells, thrombocytopenia) in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer in elderly can make the patient′s condition better, improve the life quality of patient and lower the rate of adverse reaction.
