Abstract
Based on Taiyuan's daily maximum,minimum temperature and average temperature data during 1961—2010,laws and characteristics of the annual average temperature,annual average maximum,minimum temperature,and annual extreme hightest,lowest temperature events in Taiyuan were analyzed minutely.The results showed that:annual average temperature,annual average maximum,minimum temperature,and annual extreme hightest,lowest temperature had obviously increasing tendency,the asymmetric change of annual average maximum and minimum temperature,annual extreme hightes and lowest temperature were distinct,and the rate of change of extreme temperature were greater than that of average maximum and minimum temperature.
