Abstract
Heilongjiang is a big agricultural province. Agricultural play an important role on the development of the whole province economy. In this paper,used Correlation Analytic process and GM(1,1) models of the Grey System theories into the system analysis and forecasting of the developing trend of Heilongjiang agricultural economy and the means of agricultural production. This results reflected dynamically the development trend of Heilongjiang agricultural economy and provided theoretic basis for the sustainable development of agricultural economy and scientific decision.
