Modern technology has become the background of the times and social development Gestell.The paper points out that the justice of rational tool quantifies technological value one-sidedly and leads to technical alienation from viewpoints of justice to look at technology value,analyzing the important impact on technology from rational value and tools,from the conflict of the traditional arguments in technical and technological value.However,the rational value takes justice as the core,which the technical inspection from what it is into what should be done,at last taking technological justice as the final demands of technical value.
