Abstract
professionalization of social work in China at present there is social recognition is not high,lack of professional service organizations,social work career system is not perfect,talents training does not converge with the real sector and the localization of the urgent establishment of social work theory and other issues.Social policies in support of vulnerable groups,to solve social problems,and promote the institutionalization of social justice model,from the Government's policy role and social legislation to address these two dimensions of starting the process of professionalization of social work problems,in promoting social work Professional plays an important role in the process.
