Abstract

Objective To explore the immunization strategy in adults who have no response to hepatitis B vaccination. Methods Healthy people who were HBsAg and anti-HBs negative were selected, and 3 doses of hepatitis B vaccine at dosage 20 μg w ere given to them at the schedule of 0,1,3 month,0,1,6 month and 0,1,12 month respectively. Those w ith anti-HBs GMC 10 IU / L detected after full series vaccination w ere given 1 dose of hepatitis B vaccine at dosage 60 μg. One month later,anti-HBs detection w as conducted for them. Results The anti-HBs positive rate w as 92. 6% in re-vaccinated people, and the anti-HBs GMC w as 835 IU / L. Conclusion Re-immunization of hepatitis B vaccine at dosage 60 μg could obviously increase the anti-HBs positive conversion rate in people w ho has no response to previous vaccination, and the effect is better than those of hepatitis B vaccine at dosage 10 μg or 20 μg.
