Reflection on the Construction of New Socialist Rural Area

The rural-urban relationships during the middle stage of China industrialization can be summarized as mutual development,construction of new socialist rural area and repay of manufacture sector to agriculture.Based on the facts,in West China rural areas,of poor natural conditions,with numerous minorities,and backward economic development,we discuss the breakthroughs for the construction of West China new socialist rural area to speed up its development and bridge the rural-urban gaps from the viewpoint of double-level-rigidity dual economic structure,slowness of industrialization and urbanization with much poverty in West China rural areas.
