Abstract

Installing oil vapor recovery equipment for oil depot,gas station and tanker is an important measure for improving safety,reducing volatilization and improving environment.The importance of popularizing oil vapor recovery project for health,safety,environmental protection is discussed systematically.Six issues in the reform process of oil vapor recovery project are discussed significantly.Ideas of system planning,overall planning,which make the oil vapor recovery project more effective and the economic benefit better,are suggested.
