Keshiketeng county is located in northwest of Chifeng Inner Mongolia which is abundant of the grassland culture tourism resources.The paper analyzed the grassland culture tourism resources and its characteristics in Kesheketeng county Inner Mongolia,and put forward the principle of its exploitation is follow the market direction,sustainable development,ecological development,characteristic of nationality and terrain,association with the benefit and function.And then it pointed out the strategy of its exploitation is brand of grassland tourism and vi-sualize of its culture tourism.
