On the Development of Jiangsu Ecological Civilization

In line with the new demands on ecological in the Report to the 18th CPC National Congress ,Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee put forward the proposal of developing a new system for an energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly ecological civilization in its Fourth Plenary Session of the l2th Central Committee.This means not only an expansion of the development of ecological civilization,but also an optimization of the ecological civilization.The development of ecological is composed of five parts:pattern,culture,economy,environment and system.It should focus on five aspects:planning and guiding,classified evaluation,policy orientation,legal administration and participation of the public.
