Abstract

Objective:To compare the influence of different tidal volume and breathe rate to the respiratory and circulation function of patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery.Methods:The 30 patients of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ were divided to 3 groups randomly,and the respiratory rate were 12 beats/min(group A),16 beats/min(group B)and 20 beats/min(group C) respectively.All the patients received trachea cannula and general anaesthesia.The average arterial pressure(MAP),central venous pressure(CVP),heart rate(HR),gas channel peak pressure(Ppeak),carbon dioxide partial pressure of the arterial blood(PaCO2),the pH of blood were recorded before(T0),20min(T20) and 30min(T30) after pneumoperitoneum respectively.Results:The blood pressure raised and HR accelerated to a degree in all the 3 groups,but they retained to the normal level after a deeper anaesthesia.There was no statistical significance of the results of the 3 groups(P0.05).The pH of blood fell after the pneumoperitoneum,but only group C had statistical significance(P0.05).The PaCO2 all increased after pneumoperitoneum,and only group C had significance.The pressure of the air way increased significantly after pneumoperitoneum,and the Ppeak was higher than 25cm H2O in group A.Conclusions:The respiratory rate is 16 beats/min in group B,which could both prevent higher pressure of the air way,and ensure ventilation,is an ideal choice.
